Went there today and the customer service was awful. I waited for my husband and kiddo to get their haircuts and everytime a customer walked in the stylist would shout out over their current client and tell them to check in but they close at 5 p.m. so check in at your own risk. I manage a business and that just seems like a tacky way to greet customers. They said the same thing to me when I signed my son in for a 3 p.m. appointment. It made people feel like the women working there were waiting for the bell to ring. I have been to a couple other sports clips in the area and the experience at the other locations was much more pleasant. Another customer there mentioned feeling the same way. My 2.5 year old sat in the chair and you could tell the stylist had 0 patience for a young kiddo. Maybe stick on the window that you only want certain ages to work on at this location. We paid 16.00 for his 10 minute haircut which just felt like a a lot for a poor experience. There are so many other places that just have a more positive happy vibe. We will NOT be coming back to this location. Getting a haircut should be a happier experience. It’s just not worth the same day cut when you can go to a nicer salon and pay a cheaper rate with a nicer bunch of people who seem to enjoy their job a little more.
