Sanitech Building Maintenance

This is a very unprofessional company. They quoted us for cleaning and then did a mediocre job and constantly skipped things that they were contracted to do. The management is difficult to deal with and very pushy when they are asked to clean well. After a year of their cleaning, deep dirt stains are left in the bathroom. The grooves in the vinyl floor have built up dirt. Items are not lifted to be dusted under, leaving lots of grime behind. This is definitely a company to avoid
