I called to inquire about an RV listed on CL and spoke with Mark. Being 746 miles away, I politely asked the very basic questions regarding roof, floor, engine, transmission, delam, etc. What I got in return was a very rude, curt and condescending response from Mark, advising me that the RV was 20 years old and I should basically accept it at face value for the price they were asking, regardless of the condition. I have been a full time RVr for 15 years and have purchased and owned numerous RVs over the years. I do not need to be told how old an RV is and what to expect given its age. This to me is a clear sign of a dealer trying to unload a piece of junk. The age of the RV was clearly stated in the listing and I can read. Given his condescending tone and attitude, I asked to speak with another salesman and he told me he was the Sales Manager. I then asked to speak with the Store Manager and he told me he owned the store. If this guy owns the store, it is a clear red flag to anyone shopping for a used, older RV, or any RV for that matter. I would not trust anything he sells or give him a single penny or my hard earned money. There are too many other RV dealerships and private sellers out there than to deal with a business owner that has such a negative attitude when dealing with customers. Buyer Beware.
