No clue or concern about customer service. We ordered 2 pounds of overpriced baby back ribs and received less than 2 pounds of spare ribs with virtually no meat on them. Since it was takeout, I called that night. I was told there was no mistake on the type of ribs and maybe their scale was off. No apology and no offer to bring them back. I made a special trip to give them a chance to make up for their mistake since I like to support local businesses. I received more arguments and excuses in person. If they were baby back ribs, they were the worst I have ever had. If they were spare ribs, they were still the worst. I guess that's why they are called Ribslayer!
Next time I will go to Newberg for barbeque.
