Low price, decent room, free breakfast, really small and congested parking lot (that part is not good), and walking distance to two breweries.

The red Lion is a decent hotel. This one has a continental breakfast- though I have to admit it is relatively underwhelming (got sick of it on day 3) the rooms itself a pretty decent in the bed so comfortable. At this hotel that is no pool the workout room is very small ( like two machines) all in all this is a great hotel to spend a couple nights at- big TVs but you're better off exploring the town then staying in hotel the whole time.
