They are very helpful and want you to feel better when you leave their office. You are always treated as a person and a patient, not a number or an insurance account. They are very professional about working with you and also personal. They take time to get to know you while working with you and are open to great discussions. They are always respectful of your ideas and beliefs and listen to your thoughts. They work with you to help you heal / manage your health. They tell you what they are working on with you and their expectations for what the treatment will do for you. They make sure that you feel comfortable asking them about the treatments and listen to your comments about how you are doing. They always make you feel welcome and are very accommodating. They have a flexible schedule within their work hours and will try to schedule you as convenient as possible for you. They are a small company that is branching out and they are doing a wonderful job in Silverton. Their office is nice and clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a physical therapist that is interested in your health and well-being.
