Night manager, Hani, is so rude and disrespectful! Never again will I shop there.

This is my regular morning stop for caffeine and Clif bars. They have random specials on goods, which keeps me visiting in case I stumble in when their cans of Viso are 2 for $3. Sure, there are some shady customers around, but I've never had any run-ins. Granted, I'm usually there in the morning when there's a cop on duty, so who knows what goes on in the small hours. Regardless, it's a decent Plaid Pantry.

I work for the company and love it...I enjoy and take pride in being able to serve the public I always try to have a friendly disposition that's welcoming to people but some days there's that one person who puts you in a funk and it takes time to pull yourself together just about everyone I encountered is a loyal customer to us and I try to make their experience easy and quick so they can get back to work or whatever they're off to do. But then there are days I have no tolerance for the ignorance of people that expects us to know how to do everything without problems...I don't let people harass me, my coworkers,or other people in the store or call anyone out their name these actions of a person are unnecessary stress added on so that is when I lose my composure and tell the customer there's no need to be rude and disrespectful towards me or anyone else because my coworker didn't understand what you said or want on the lottery machine or did and just doesn't know how to get the report you want,we only get on average 16hrs of training time for a new employee to acquire as much information as possible to perform tasks on their own what shift duties are to be completed daily during the shift worked plus the lottery and someone may not get fully trained on the different reports that we can run and everything else we can do on the machine. Being a convenience store sales associate is not easy at all if that's what you thought I am assuring you it's difficult, there's tons of rules and regulations we have to follow and always have to stay aware of who what is going on in the store at all times even when you're helping another customer check out and always be alert to any possible threats we may encounter at any time but then we are also very trained on the do's and don'ts in performance on the job. As for me I enjoy working at store and have a enjoyable time while I'm there, joking and conversation with customers about various topics everyday and I sick it all up and smile and tolerate the rudeness of some. At the end of the day I just remember that it's just another day in Plaid paradise and no one can keep you in a funk because you have a choice to be or not to be.
