PG Long Floor Covering

This company was recommended by my leasing company. They receive two stars for doing a good job at cleaning the carpets but lose three for their poor communication and customer support. Upon completion of the job, I never received an invoice or a phone call regarding payment. To be honest, I forgot all about it as I was in the process of moving. Several months later I have a collection agency calling me regarding my late payment. Not a problem! I sent a check immediately. Weeks later, I receive another letter from the collection agency charging me additional fees and interest. I've called and tried to clear up the confusion but have yet to receive a phone call back. I ended up paying the collection agency (whom I would rate at a 5 star) and put a stop payment on the check. A less than ideal situation which could have been avoid with some tact and professionalism.
