You can totally tell that everyone here loves animals. My wife and I have weekly training classes for our puppy and the trainer is REALLY helpful! They have a great selection of literally everything pet related!

I originally went here to look at the cats they had for adoption. I didn't end up adopting any of them, but I was impressed with how clean and organized this place was. The animals kennels were clean and smell free. My shopping experience here was a pleasant one and I do plan on returning in the future. The items I bought for my dog were affordable and the quality was great. Update: However, I came back here after adopting a kitten from an adoption center and I needed to purchase some items for my kitten. I purchased a litter box and used my online and in-store coupons, but had to return the item because the box ended up being too big for my kitten. I just wanted to do an exchange but instead of the exchange going straight across and my coupons being applied to my current purchase, they wanted me to pay full price for my item. It took about 10-15 minutes to get this issue resolved and required me to insist that they apply my online coupon, and the in-store coupons never were applied. After this experience I will never come back here. I will only do my pet shopping needs with Petco from now on. I should not have went through such a hassle to do an exchange.
