My overall experience with Parklane was fantastic. The price is higher compared to chain mattress stores and online mattresses-in-a-box but I feel it's well worth it.
The salesperson (Steven) provided information about the mattress design and technology without being pushy. He considered our sleeping habits and made excellent recommendations that steered us towards a particular mattress. He even advised us to come back and try the mattresses after a day at work as it would be closer to our bodies would feel when we normally going to bed. Steven accomodated us past the store closing time and allowed us to actually relax on the mattresses (turning off lights and music). Overall, the best sales experience I have ever had.
Once we decided to purchase the mattress we were able to schedule Saturday delivery within 2 weeks. The devliery was quick and professional.
Ultimately, we decided to purchase the mattress from Parklane based on the no-pressure sales experience, comfort and quality of materials, and to support a local business.
