The corn tortillas are made in house. They're good but they're not enough to justify the $2.50 price per taco. An extra $.45 if you get a taco with tripa or lingua. The pastor is pretty good and the tacos are on the larger side.
It takes like 20 minutes to make three tacos. Maybe they have to go harvest the corn or something? The chips that came with the meal were very good. Handmade and deep-fried. If they were using a house made salsa, I couldn't tell.
