NEVER use Pacific Stainless Products for anything! I dropped off wheels to be powder coated there last Wednesday, the manager told me it should take 3 days for them to finish, the following Wednesday I still hadnt recieved a call back, so I tried calling several times, no answer. I tried emailing the department but I got a message saying the email couldnt be delivered. I left a voicemail asking about the status of my wheels and asked them to call me back. Friday comes along and still no call back, I try several times and finally get ahold of someone, he tells me my wheels should be done on monday, I asked him why it is taking so long when he said it would only be 3 days, and his only response was that they "got really busy" I asked why he didnt at least call me back to update me and once again all he can say is that he was too busy. A couple hours later he calls me back and tells me one of his guys is going to stay late to finish the powder coat, and that I can pick up my wheels tomorrow (saturday) morning, I thanked him for having someone go out of their way to finish the job. Saturday morning I drive out to pick up my wheels, when I get to the shop I was informed that since they weren't technically open I couldnt pay with a card, so I had to drive all the way back to the bank (15 mins each way) to get cash, when I got back to the shop they didn't even have change for me, so I had to pay $10 EXTRA because he couldnt break a $20 bill. I tried to call today and after being transferred several times all I can get is a half hearted apology and an offer to drive all the way back out there for my $10
