Lost/stole many of our personal items during our cross country move and damaged others. Not so much as one word of apology. Tried to file a claim with the "insurance" we purchased through them (BIG mistake - they "self insure") and they won't even respond to our communications regarding the claim. If you care about your belongings, steer clear of these crooks!!!!!!
