The employee(south umpquas bowling coach ) was rude anytime we needed something he looked at us like we were stupid for asking and it was an inconvenience to him, refused to let the kids use the ramp to bowl said it was too close to league and technically it's for the handicapped. I booked this party a month in advance my daughter loves bowling she's 5 and not being able to use the ramp really discouraged her from playing. This was the first time we've come here and had problems.. I'll never use or suggest this place to anyone unless there are different employees working.
