Very cold heater not working proper and the door did not close al the way. The door had no seal so toubsaw daylight and heard every noise. In the morning the upstairs gutter over filled and drained right in front of our door and sounded like a river splatting on the sidewalk wakung us up at 5:30 a.m. the floors were very dirty, And the beds are on cheap frames. If yiu are looking to just sleep and you arw possubly a trucker, this place is for you. Other than that, nope not for me
