Momiji Sushi Bar & Restaurant

I've been waiting for years for a West Salem Momiji. Prayers have been aswered. Best fast + healthy + affordable food in West Salem. And Chickpea is practically next door for another great option. Keep in mind that this location is BRAND NEW. They were slammed on their very first day, without any advertising, so please keep that in mind as they ramp up staff at the new location. It takes time to get into a good routine, be patient with them :)

Sushi is pretty good, I'm not sure if it is because this place just opened and if EVERYONE at this location is BRAND new but it sure seemed like. It was a veryyyy long wait for just sushi. Waited 25 minutes for our food when they weren't even very busy. I honestly wouldn't care to come again
