I worked here for a month the staff are not very nice to you unless your "buddy buddy with them" I understand we are their for the residents but I worked for 3 days one time without having a lunch break or my regular break and you'll be lucky if you do get a full 15 min break. They pretty much fired me over this too because I was not allowing them to not give me breaks anymore and they thought putting me on a hallway by myself for the remainder of the 3 weeks I was there was a good idea too. They are good with the residents but do not treat their employees very well and are always understaffed.
