In febuary I was shipping breastmilk from Madras to Portland weekly, 2 out of 3 times they messed up. The first time I payed for overnight shipping and it wasn't received for 3 days, by then the milk had gone bad, the third time the package got completely lost! They didn't find it for almost a week, the package was damaged and of course all spoiled. I put in hours of work pumping that milk and they completely destroyed it. All they will compensate me is $130, the amount of milk I pumped is worth around $600! I will never ship with UPS again.
