I have never had such horrible service. I came in with my mother so i could show her couch i was looking at. When I came in I was completely ignored while the sales person just walked towards my mother. I had to literally tell them that i was the one who was looking to purchases a couch.
Your customer service skills are lacking severely! I felt discriminated due to being a younger women, like how could i possibly be in the market to buy a couch from your store. Well dont you worry, me and my wealthy husband will be taking our business else where. You just lost our business and our friends and families business. Maybe we will see you during your liquidation sale.
