This was one of my best meals while visiting Portland. My boyfriend and I split two dishes - the Luc Lac (beef) and Lemongrass Stir-Fry with Chicken. The dishes we shared were so delicious and flavorful - and the concept of the restaurant was awesome. Order, pay, sit, then eat - a nice, casual dining experience with very reasonable prices! They were open late into the evening, which was a huge perk (as we got into Portland pretty late). Next time we are in Portland, we will certainly be back!
