Except for the woman in Lawn and Garden who stuck with us I found the service bad. At the Customer Service Desk the person there was uninterested and rather chat with her colleagues. She pushed off to the helpful L and G lady. Since she couldn't authorize a bulk buy on steel fence poles she paged the manager who never answered. Another manager came and first claimed it wasn't the same item as Home Depot (wrong) then decided the bulk price Home Depot was offering in Bend (12 miles away) was not valid in Redmond. Attitude... I saved $157 on my purchase at Home Depot for a 10 minute drive.
