Lifetime did a great job from start to finish on a new window and door project for our home remodel. We were very unfamiliar with window and door types available to meet our needs and budget, plus we were in the middle of relocating to Bend requiring much of the work to be done via phone or email. After visiting several other window suppliers, we found Lifetime to be the most flexible and informative, especially with needed to communicate remotely most of the time. Tim was very response and helpful throughout the permitting process with the city. He worked together with us to find ways to reduce overall project cost. The crew installing the windows and door did a great job completing the work in the time frame they expected. The only issue we had was a material delay for exterior sheeting around the window, but they communicated the delay and completed the work as soon as it arrived.
