Trying to schedule a service appointment is ridiculous. First availables are a month out and if you need a loaner it is longer. Fortunately my tailgate doesn't open which is inconvenient but doesn't affect driving however it would be nice to be able to speak with someone who can give some insight as to the problem and what might need to be done to correct the problem as well as an estimate for the amount of time it will take to repair. Last time my car was in for service it took 4 weeks as a part had to come from England! I feel like the customer's time isn't as important as the provider's.

My Discovery started overheating on the highway because a plastic plug on my radiator broke. I was able to find a replacement here and the price was less than I expected. Sorta defied my expectations in a good way! Thanks for helping me out and now this little piece of wood gets to retire...
