This is the WORST medical office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only is the staff completely incompetent, but any promises of referrals to specialists or basically getting any kind of real help at all, is nonexistent. If this wasn't one of the only options for clients with OHP, I would have found another clinic by now. I would NEVER EVER recommend going to this clinic, not unless of course, you don't actually care about yours and your family's health and well-being, because at The Lancaster Family Medical Center, once you leave the clinic, good luck getting any assistance from them that requires any actual effort and/or caring. To summarize, THEY SUCK!!!!
