We bought an upholstered chair during the President's day sale. Although I can't recall her name, our salesperson was amazing. She was low-key and very patient with us. She gave us great design advice, too . Our chair came within the specified amount of time and was delivered by two great guys who were thoughtful about not wanting our dog to get out of the yard and were careful about bringing the chair in. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I think our chair was a little pricey.
