Fairly easy to navigate and relatively clean. We were never approached by an employee, but did observe them help various others with a cheerful attitude. However there is this consistent, high pitch, electronic scream by the checkout that threatened to give me a horrific migraine. It has been there Everytime I've been in and is easily the worst thing about the store. If it were ripped out and never replaced I'd probably give four stars. But as is I cannot outweigh it with pros.
