Having recently moved to the area, we were fortunate enough to meet Kyle and enlist his help with a home purchase. He put countless hours into researching and helping us find a home we would love, even when it meant pulling out of a deal he discovered a problem with. Our first choice of residence had an easement on the property that would limit our ability to put in the backyard of our dreams, and only through his tenacity were we able to discover that we would've been stuck with a backyard we had no control over, despite the claims of the selling party . This came at a considerable personal cost to himself , as we did not proceed with the deal, however he was able to help us find another house which better suited our needs and we are forever grateful.
