Holiday Inn Portland- I-5 S (Wilsonville)

Holiday Inn always has a standard of excellence and this location holds the brand integrity well. Fasts and friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms; great location; plenty of parking for sprinter and trailer and awesome indoor pool. Loved the restaurant – very delicious and reasonably priced. Also some fun entertainment in the bar such as DJs and karaoke night. Cool little gym and 24 hour snack/gift shop. We had a very pleasant stay and will be back. A+

All of the advertisements on your own website stated to come and get pictures with the Easter bunny and enjoy a free Easter egg hunt from 10-3. We showed up and just wanted a photo with our kids and the women at the front desk said we had to purchase a $33 dollar per person buffet and that it didn’t start until 11. We showed them them the advertisements and she was already yelled at multiple times. The general manager came out and said we have been doing this for 10 years and have never had this problem so I don’t know what you want me to do we won’t have enough eggs to do this for everyone and then went and pretty much hid. Here’s a thought go to the store and buy some more eggs and honor your website!!!
