Place is clean, secure, well maintained buildings and storage units. Easy access to hand trucks and flats to move items in and out of storage units. They even rent U Hauls. Staff us helpful, understand, courteous, respectful and always cheerful. They treat you like family instead of just a customer

I’ve used Hillsboro West Self Storage off and on over the last couple years during my numerous moves. The units are always well kept, perfect sizing, and cheaper than any other facility I’ve had to use. And the staff have always been helpful and kind on top of it all. As long as I live nearby I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using this facility for years. The staff are great.Inexpensive units the units are honestly worth more than they charge. They pay attention to customer needs and have outstanding customer service. They are more than a company they genuinely care and they have a homey feel to their business.
