He showed up on time, very friendly. Gave me a bid for a new ac unit and furnace. We told him we would think about it. I called a week later because we wanted a change in order to lower the cost and to go ahead with the install but he never returned our calls. We had called the company at least a half a dozen times within a three week span. Very bad customer service!
