Instead of shopping online, I wanted to support the local business so I bought a product in store. The product needed a piece that they had to ship, so my ETA was 5-9 days. I was patient, and after the 9 days I went back to the store. The worker was fairly impatient and told me that he would call me when my piece was in. I call back 4 days later, and had the same experience. Finally, 18 days later (twice the original shipping deadline) I come into the shop to find that he had 1.) lost my phone number that I had given him twice and 2.) ordered the wrong part.
I returned the item that day, and am now ordering what I need online. The reason this gets two stars instead of one is because the store is clean, and there was no drama for the return.
