HORRIBLE SERVICE! Buyer beware. The staff person that I dealt with was extremely rude. I have utilized the services of other goodwill stores, bought items on-line, and never had any problems. I tried to purchase an item on-line and they re-listed it, then posted a negative rating on my account, and shipped it off to be sold at another location. No reminder notice, no notice of re-listing of the item until afterwards. I tried to politely handle this w/ their customer service via email. No results. Negative Listing on my account.Do not purchase items from this location in-store nor online; especially on-line. It is not worth the trouble nor aggravation. I wish that I had only read the previous comments listed about the organization. One person listing a negative experience may be an anomaly; but two and three different people all stating horrible experiences is a pattern. Buyer Beware. It is so not worth it.
