Where to begin. Horrible horrible horrible service. Stood waiting for over 20 minutes for the front desk guy to finish his personal phone call.
Finally somebody from the shop came in and couldn't find the front desk guy, shop guy at least apologized and tried to help me. 2 week old tires were already noticeably out of balance.
Then given a really bad story about how my wheels are now suddenly were bent and it wasn't their fault. Front desk guy very put off with helping me when he finally did show up.
My wife just today called about something else and guy on the phone was horribly rude.
NEVER going back. I'll take the lines at Les Schwab or Discount tire.
