Comcast has a better reputation then these guys. After I scheduled a home visit to repair my windshield my headaches started. Chad, the tech I was given was mediocre at best. To say I had to reschedule with him three different times would be an understatement. THERE WAS NO RESCHEDULING. Just a vage attempt at saying he would be by 1st thing in the morning and I should expect a call.
After not getting my first appointment, the following two days I received a call in the morning saying he would be over within the hour or mid morning. He never showed up. Hours after the scheduled appointment, I called him, with no answer. Then a short time later I would receive a call or a text from him, vaguely saying we needed to rescheule. The WORST part of all was he was unapologetic and laughed at me via text. Even when I called their main office to inform them of this and to get a different tech sent out, it took them 6 hours to call me back to try and reschedule for a 4th time.
Even with making an appointment well in advance, I was unable to get a the basic service I needed to my SUV. Because of this, I could not get my windshield replaced before heading out of town for a road trip. Don't give them your business.
