Some of the techs and pharmacists are helpful or at least try to be, that’s about the only good thing I can say about this pharmacy.
Nobody here seems to understand billing, if I didn’t keep a record of how much I pay for Rxs there have been several times I went to pick up medications and they tried to charge me double (sometimes several hundred dollars too much) money for my prescriptions. Then you have to debate and argue with them to get them to re-bill. Which always seems to bring it to the correct amount with time. I frequently wonder how many thousands of dollars of misbilling this place does per month.
I have had incorrect prescriptions filled, been given someone else’s medication once, had the pharmacy call me to tell me they’d given my medication to another patient by accident and warning me that my confidential health information got handed to another person by accident.
I’ve gone in and spoken to pharmacists about getting refills and then come back the next day, and the next day, and the next day and repeatedly told they forgot to fill my prescription?
I have gone anywhere from 3 days to 24 days one time without my medications because of how horribly run this pharmacy is.
I seriously wonder how this place passes its yearly audits by the state. They are discoordinated, poorly run, misbill, and seem overall incompetent at the prescription filling process.
