We had a gas leak in our home and Cascade Natural came out and turned off the gas, called Firkus at 5:00pm to have it fixed because their web site said 24hr service and the Google site said open untill 11:00pm, received a call back about 45 minutes later ad was told they didn't have anyone available that evening but someone would be out first thing in the following morning. The following morning I receive a call at 9:00 and was told that they would be able to come out today NOT first thing in the morning. If you need someone fast save yourself the headache and call someone else.
