Called the office to get information needed to Schedule my sons MRI- insurance based. She gave us three time slots for today- while he sat and waited, to be seen he decided to have them call him when they received referral. He immediately turned around to come back and get his procedure - ALL three time slots had been BOOKED?!! Instead of penciling in a later opening or even one of the openings, and cancelling later if needed they had no care in the world or consideration of this College Student Athlete's High need of being taken care of! Very disappointed in the lack of ability of getting the job done in a professional manner! Epic image needs to train their personale on the appropriate measures on how to book an appointment so many other patients don't get left in the dust!
