The service was only satisfactory. The car was acceptable. There was no scraper and there was snow and ice in the forecast. The employees ranged from being either complete disinterested in their job to being overly pushy with sales with a friendliness that only extended until you refused add-on offers. I believe these employees forgot that the most important part of sales is a satisfied customer. I expect more for a company that prides themselves in customer satisfaction.
