This rental office is a 60 second walk from my place but I've always avoided using it and rented elsewhere based on these Google reviews. Looked to rent a car over the weekend and Avis, Hertz, Enterprise were either out of cars or queues through the door. The assistants at Hertz recommended we go to Dollar and were glad we did. Getting the car was quick, it was clean, insurance options were explained clearly and returned it with no problems the next day - pretty much the most and least you expect for a decent car rental.
