Dixon Recreation Center

Dixon's usually great, but Pacific Power frequently has power outages that cause long unscheduled closures (I'm talking at least 8 hours) at Dixon. So this 1-start rating really belongs to Pacific Power. But also to OSU for not forcing Pacific Power to provide more reliable power.
