The manager Tammy is a disgusting human. Gross with terrible hygene and the worst customer service skills ever!!! The owner should FIRE that disgusting piece of garbage. I will NEVER go back there ever again! I am not big on reviews but when I went to my bank to cancel my card my banker was floored by the horrible service that I received and suggested that I post a review online. When I went to cancel my membership today I was informed by nasty Tammy that I was still going to have to pay my yearly membership fee after I have already cancelled!! When I asked for her manager she refused and then when I asked for the Crunch corporate phone number she also refused. I was a member for 2.5 years!! What a waste of money!!! Clearly!!! I hope hiring a garbage person/slash manager is worth losing customers!!! I will never go back. I’m sorry I have wasted my money. The sad part is I have already gone to my bank and have had my card cancelled!! And FYI I checked my emails and yes they are all saved and I have NEVER EVER received a copy of my contract by email or paper Gross nasty rude Tammy was wrong!!! You should be ashamed for hiring something so aweful!!!!! /// It’s been about a week now since I have posted this above message. A bit harsh but truthful.... I was treated horribly and very unprofessionally and it’s is with in my right to publicly post about it. I have never returned to that place and I have not attempted to contact anyone from that location since the day I went in to cancel my membership. Anyway fast forward to one week later, yesterday on 02/07/18 I received a nasty threatening text message from an employee there. I have a copy of the message posted. I strongly do not recommend working out here. You really get what you pay for. It will be worth it for me in the future to spend the extra money at a more professional establishment.
