Ray is the real deal! We have a 1906 craftsman bungalow with original fir floors that have been beaten up over time. The previous owners painted the floors dark and when the paint started to wear we wanted to remove the paint and refinish them. I called one other place before Ray and they wouldn't touch the project because they didn't know if there was lead in the paint. Ray came to have a look the same day I called him and because he is amazing and because he is lead certified, he took on the job immediately. I asked him about his background and he's been doing floors since he was a teenager, having grown up with his dad and uncle who owed their own flooring company. His level of confidence in his ability to get the job done sold me right away, and the end result was nothing short of amazing. Our floors look ridiculously beautiful for being over 100 years old, and we own it all Ray. Oh, and he's reasonably priced as well, so it doesn't get any better than that. If I ever have another flooring project, I'm going straight to Ray. No need to go elsewhere.
