My boots fell apart right away. When I went back to see if they could do anything for me the sales associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never shop here again or buy this brand. It was a terrible experience that I'm still upset about. I'm sick that I spent so much money on boots that did not hold up and I can't think of a time when I've had such poor customer service in Portland.
