Wonderful service! The salesmen were not pushy, they worked with my fiancee on financing, and it was a great experience. We will definitely buy from them again when and if we need a new car. We got a truck that was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thanks John and Matt for being so wonderful!
We bought a van, for work purposes from this slimy unprofessional company. For starters, they advertised this van for 10,995.00 and then after we showed interest in it they got off the phone with us and raised the price to 12,995. LOL, like what we were not going to realize that they did that...con men!!! So, I call back and waalaa they say, oh our bad we will honor the 10,995 and omg we are not sure how that happened, LIARS from the start!!! Should have been the FIRST red flag!!!! Most companies when they get a trade in rig or buying from a auto auction etc. have a mechanic that goes through the rig and makes sure it is sound, no huge mechanical issues etc. before they try to sell it.... WE know this slime ball lot has a mechanic, because after purchasing the rig before driving off he came out and gave us a towing hitch that went with the van, his hands were greasy and so, yeah he works on their rigs ...they inspect all the rigs on their lot you know they do, however fixing any issue is another story with these crooks. So, we drive the rig off the lot, my husband drove it 1.5 weeks and it started REDLINNING all the way to the max, so call the car lot and they go ohhh, its nothing probably a cheap 15.00 thermostat, so we said ok we will give that a try...so, we park the new van and husband uses our old 1995 van that at this point is looking like it was a better purchase for 1800.00 7 years ago then this 2008 E 350 was...so, it cost 80.00 for the guy to put the thermostat in...then guess what, the van was still redlining...so we take it to another mechanic and have him put it on the machine to diagnose the engine...so, looks like the catalactic converter is bad, water pump is leaking, AND the worst is the caked on one entire side/corroded radiator... it was so corroded that we need a new one to the tune of almost 300.00, and the cost to have the mechanic replace it...we are now at over 1,000!!!! My husband I have called Chuck Wise motors since day one of these issues and not one person has called us back....I left ANOTHER message yesterday and told them...I know you go over your rigs and you probably knew about the radiator....so, the professional thing to do is to reimburse us for the radiator....no call back as of yet, and I don't think we will ever get a call back....so, now I am beginning to wonder what else they hid from us, like another poster said they paint things black to make them look new and to hid rust etc....after reading the previous posts I am sure we will have more issues with our 2008 van....These people at Chuck Wise rip off motors are unprofessional, con men that use good people that just want a decent rig...WE don't mind replacing a fuse, even a thermostat but once we found out it needs a new radiator, a new water pump and a catylactic converter we knew they just doctor up rigs to get them sold and once off the lot these CON MEN forget about you and the deal....I have bought cars in the past where something went wrong right after we bought it and because the car lot that sold us the rig wanted return business, a good review and possibly new customers by word of mouth.... they fixed the issue....NOT THIS SLIME BALL company....they are rip off con men, stay away...don't give them your hard earned money...I'll never buy another rig from them OR any dealer on 82nd in Portland...however Chuck Wise is the absolute worse....steer clear of them...they are thieves!!
I bought a 2001 Ford Escape from Chuck Wise Motors, Matt who is Chuck's Son sold me the vehicle, he was friendly and very nice. 33 days after I got it, a spark plug blew through the motor, I got the extra warranty but it would NOT cover this particular event, HOWEVER when I called and talked to Matt, well my wife did cause I was so upset. He reassured us he would do everything he could to help us out..to make a long story short..it was not covered, but MATT paid $400 of the $687 it took to pay it to get it fixed...now I don't know of ANY OTHER car dealer that would do this...I will never go anywhere else but here to buy a vehicle...Thank you so much Matt!
