(Preface- this is a novel, sorry not sorry!) We came in yesterday to look at used cars and were greeted by Jesse. He was down to earth, sincere, friendly, zero pressure and knowledgeable. He didn’t hassle us to “just come in and talk”. He showed us the vehicles we were insterested in, then gave us his card and explained that he is always available if we had further questions. After visiting several dealerships, we came back to Chuck Colvin Ford today and met up with Jesse again. We picked out a car that was a great fit, but were anxious about what our payments would look like for a family on a budget..... not to mention what we could get for my husband’s 1997 Honda. Fortunately, Rich was the sales manager that reviewed our payment options. Being a former Marine, like my husband, they hit it off immediately and he made it clear that they are veteran friendly. He worked hard to get us a great interest rate and work out payments that will fit our budget, not to mention the extremely generous trade in value. My husband thought we would only be able to get an air freshener for our trade in value, we were pleasantly surprised and so ever grateful to Rich for his generosity! Then we signed all of the paperwork with the amazing Greg, who makes doing copious amounts of paperwork seem effortless as he keeps you laughing with his great sense of humor! Might I also add, that during this whole time we had our children, including a 3 years old. Everyone was so kind and understanding towards them, Jesse even bought them a snack from the vending machine! You can tell they value quality, integrity, professionalism, and building meaningful lasting relationships with their customers. We will never shop elsewhere!
