This USED to be my go to everyday gas station. After today it no longer is. I just finished working a 12 hour shift and saw I needed gas when I got to the gas station no one came to my window to ask what kind of gas I wanted and how much, when I was curious as to what was happening I looked around and saw a heavier-set philipino lady standing by the pump on the opposite side of my car. She was staring at me expecting me to get out or to pump my own gas? She told me to "roll down my window" on the other side of my car, I told her it was broken she told me to come around, mind you if I had a leg injury I wouldn't have been able to do this what then? I thought this was customer service? I got out of the car and asked her why she couldn't come to my window she replied that they "don't do that here". I looked at her in shock, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. In frustration I asked her who she was and she replied "I'm the manager here". I couldn't believe my ears, I customer service manager was refusing to provide me with service. I told her to put my gas cap back on because I was going somewhere else, she said "okay no problem with me bye" and I spend off to the chevron down the road where I told them what happened and that I wasn't the first one to have this happen to them by the same person. Later I find out that this women's name is Tracy and she is indeed the manager at this particular chevron.
I will NEVER be returning to this gas station until I know that this same undeserving person is not still employed here. Regional and district managers WILL be contacted.
