I haven't moved in yet - but so far it seems great. Beautiful landscaping and nice apartments. They're all 2 bedroom apartments. The downstairs units have nice little concrete patios but the upstairs units don't have any balconies. The manager has been EXTREMELY helpful thus far (currently the manager is Amanda Smith). The management has been very nice to hold our apartment for about six weeks before we move. My experience has been very good so far.
They are all 2 bedroom/1 bath units. The pricing is currently the following:
Unit with uncovered parking: $575
Unit with covered parking: $600
Unit with garage: $620
Duplex unit: $650
Unfortunately you only get one parking spot - any other cars must be parked in one of the un-reserved spots.
There's no washer/dryer hook-ups. There's two laundry facilities - wash and dry are $1 each. There's basic cable included. One bedroom is much larger than the other - which could be a problem if you're sharing with a roommate, or could be very good if you're just using the smaller bedroom as a spare room. They keep the apartments clean, bright, and somewhat up-to-date.
The environment is nice and quiet and out of the way. The complex is near a bad neighborhood, but it feels pretty isolated from it. There's some farm-land nearby that makes it feel pretty "country-ish." There's a bus stop about 1/3 mile walk - definitely reasonable if you want to use the bus regularly.
