Someone backed into my vehicle and I wanted to take it to a Dealer's body shop. I was fine with having to wait 5 weeks for a bumper. Once it came in, I drove down from Bellingham to drop the car off on a Monday, and we were told it would be ready on Friday. I drove the rental storm the next weekend to pick up my car and it wasn't ready (I called the day before I went in to pick it up). I understand the possibility of the snow and ice causing delays.
What I can't understand is why my car now smells like cigarette smoke when I've never smoked in my life. Or why my very was dead when I went to pick up the car. I had to wait for them to jump it, which was pretty awkward for them.
The power steering also feels much more difficult, but I have no idea about that.
I'm glad my bumper looks great, though. But I would not come here again for bodywork. Or recommend that anyone else does.
