My car shopping experience with Eric was really great, he was kind and informative and made the process go smoothly. The car I wanted was located in another state, so he had it shipped in. I set another appointment to drive that vehicle, and again Eric made sure the process went seamlessly. When I decided to purchase the car, my family and I ended up waiting almost TWO HOURS for someone in the business office to assist me; this meant my overall appointment lasted THREE HOURS, which negatively tainted my overall experience. The woman in the business office who helped me was fantastic and moved through all the paperwork quickly, but the fact that my family had to wait so long was unacceptable.
