Absolutely the worst property management company on earth. After only having viewings at select times, all of which are during normal business hours meaning you must miss work to view the properties. Furthermore, The manager I spoke with, named Taylor, told me on Friday that they prefer people view the property before applying but is not required. After cancelling two showings I had scheduled previously, I had to schedule another showing today at 2pm. Now, 30 minutes prior to the showing, I received an email, not even a call, telling me they had to cancel the showing because they received another application and are giving the property to that person. I spoke with Taylor on Friday who told me no one had submitted an application yet, so I submitted mine immediately. They waited until the last minute and after processing my application fees to to alert me that they gave the property to someone else who applied after me. Do not waste your time or money with these people, they will rip you off and continue lying to you.
